This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
The interview scene was so heartbreaking. Anders knew that if he mentioned his past addiction everything would fall apart. He had to live with the fact that his past had a huge effect to his current life. And then, inscene at the cafeteria where he was sitting alone listening on other people's conversations, seeing people walking with their children thinking that his life can't be that way anymore. And eventually, in the final scene where he finally gets close to receiving some true happiness, the thought of heroin and the idea that it is too late for him to exprience something joyful hold him back.

First of all, I do not think this is the greatest film of all time. I can admit though, that it is a masterpiece and bong-joon ho did a spectacular job. Some scenes in this film left me speechless. The plot is thrilling and that ending is one of the best ending I have dver seen.
