I'm Still Here 2024
I liked it but wasn't as moved as a thought I would be. A very well made movie with great acting performances. I liked the realistic portray of the family. You really feel the sense of togetherness, community and tradition as we move through the decades. Hollywood would totally butcher this story with overdramatization so I'm glad Sellers made it the way he did. A deserving winner of the International Feature at the Oscars.

Black Bag 2025
As a huge Soderbergh fan I liked it but hoped for a little more. It's very slick, cool, tightly edited with a great score and sound design. The direction is really really good as are acting performances, especially Fassbender's. I never say this but this could've and maybe should've been longer. I wanted to know more about everybody and everything that was happening. Honestly, it would make a killer miniseries.

I liked it, didn't love it. It's fun, funny and occasionally bat s*it crazy. First half is much better then the second half. It puts a little too much on it's plate thematically. Dune: Part Two 2024
This was everything I wanted and hoped for. An epic adaptation of an epic book. Breathtaking visuals. Phenomenal filmmaking. Incredible acting. The pacing in the first half is really slow, could've been a tiny bit faster, but other than that I have no complaints. Movie of the year in my eyes (yes, I know we're still in February). A clear 5/5.
