  I have way too many thoughts on this movie to put them all here. This movie was a good time, and funny at parts. But overall the plot was predictable and the characters lacked depth. I feel like Sean baker wrote this thinking to himself that everyone was gonna praise him for being an awesome feminist and it shows in the movie. The main character is completely one note throughout, and any characterization she may have had feels like it was thrown out in the final scene. A decent watch but feels pretty weak to be a best picture winner
