Have been bad about logging movies but I saw this on Friday with sophie at the metro graph and I loved! Very tonally tight and consistent. Well done film. Amazing performances. I was very absorbed. Cured my baby fever.
Was super interesting to hear about the making and design of the film during the q and a with Maggie Gyllenhaal and Inbal Weinberg. Sounded like a dream.

Iiii don’t know what to say other than that I watched this in a room of A & B and C & every type of celebrity, and I was sitting next to the president of the academy. And pushed by her to go to the bathroom. And was sitting 5 seats away from the Daniels. As for the film…. I am grateful to my anxiety meds for providing me an ounce of separation because otherwise I would have been having a panic…
Wowowow. No real critiques from me. I’ve never had a space movie be artful enough to keep from from spiraling into existential panic. Truly magnificent expression of the ultimate truth. The greatest power of cinema to me is the ability to find beauty in the dark twisted and feared things of the world and as somebody that lives so much of my life in panic about the makings of the universe, this film was medicine.❤️
