  My personal favorite film. Since I've initially seen it about 3 years ago, it has been constantly on my mind. No other movie comes close to the impact that hard to be a god had on me. It's an incredibly visceral experience as it takes It's audience into a dark and dirty world where stupidity and depravity rule and any kind of progress and artistic expression is violently shut down.
