So, I randomly popped this movie on one afternoon after I remembered hearing about how good it is long ago and it is in fact, pretty good. The cast is full of familiar faces like Peter Faulk and Bob Hoskins which was a pleasant suprise. It's not the best acting but for a BBC made-for-TV film, it's pretty darn good. Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest 1990
To be honest, I have about the same thoughts on this film compared to the last film. It works perfectly well with what it is which is just a small side thing to the Dragon Ball Z anime. I don't really care for the villian but I think were this film really excels in is it's fight scenes. Like, some of these fight scenes are super cool and are very nostalgic for me. If you want to waste and hour with something cool, this is a fine way to do that.
