I’ll try to be fair because I think I’d like Conan the Destroyer a lot better if I didn’t watch it back-to-back with the superlative Conan the Barbarian.
The cast is great. Especially Wilt Chamberlain as Bombaata and Olivia d’Abo as the as innocent and earnest princess.
There are some good ideas and set pieces here. The gang is always moving, even if the plot doesn’t always seem to.
