Familiar Touch 2024
growing old has always been one of the themes that affected me the most so i was surprised when this did practically nothing to me... it's just a bunch of scenes with maybe two or three when somerhing happens, but all the rest just repeat the same point over and over, sadly

National Anthem 2023
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
the lead getting involved with an open relationship and ending up single anyway was true queer representation, appreciate that. it was also exciting to have a trans manic pixie dream girl, as poorly written as she might be at times. overall, it has its ups and downs, but luckily it gets better as it progresses.
ps: charlie plummer i have never been so attracted to you.

we've seen reese witherspoon trying to get an emmy for playing the same role for three consecutive years and i think it's about damn time we give it to her.
