  literally only wanted to watch this movie to see how the mitski cover was incorporated into it and I'm not disappointed at all. a+ for tones and cinematography, a++ for acting, c- for the unresolved sci-fi threads (I know it wasn't the point of the movie but a girl gets curious.... like what's up with the clones & the museum), b- for that intro scene made it feel like I was watching a bollywood movie 💔. this movie would probably hit harder if you're diaspora/nth generation immigrant.

  Accidental ari graynor double feature for me today. This was OK. celeste was so mean to jesse and such a bad friend to beth but she was also funny so she's good in my books. random unnecessary transphobia was not cool

  this movie was way more interesting when it was just about the dustbin.

  I'm sick and tired of seeing sexual assault used as a vehicle to show a male character's mass & gethu. "Nalla social message kudukaranga film olunga purinjikala romba feminist lens la pakadha" solra fans ku I have a question - do you think the movie would have received the accolades it has if it was a single mother character instead taking revenge? Or better yet the victim herself…
