everything from humor to drama to action. All the visual effects are amazingly done and the different styles the film delves into without overwhelming the watcher is so impressively done and should be praised more. Ke Huy Quans oscar was fully deserved, What a performance and what a film. Wouldve been one star but two rocks chased each other and it was awesome‼️‼️

Its a shame everyone focuses on the “infamous” scenes of this film (you know which ones im talking about) because there is so much actual quality to this film that goes understated due to the shock factor of the scenes mentioned earlier. absolute masterpiece of film, i love joseph gordon-levitts performance so much in this film, his part as a hopeless romantic is just fantastic while zooey deschanal plays summer whos character clearly likes tom, but doesnt want anything serious and she plays it amazingly. no matter who you relate to more or who you like more, you have to appreciate the artistic style of jumping through the 500 days and the performance of both leads is incredible. toms monologues during the film and the contrast between them is a personal highlight of the film, fantastic film.
