I’m not a sci-fi girl, but I thoroughly enjoyed this film.
My first thought as the credits are rolling is that I am so happy that there was a wholesome ending to this film. (Cause omg 😭 I was WORRIED!!)
I enjoyed the comedic aspects of it, and while watching I couldnt help but think of characters like Denji from Chainsaw Man & Kenny from Southpark. Both loveable in their own right, but had to lose pieces of themselves to achieve…
We all are going through something, but it’s all about how we choose to deal with it.
3/4: Mikey Madison is going places, wow.
3/5: The only reason why this movie was docked half a star was because of how abrupt the ending was, other than that this movie was so good. This may change as I continue to sit with this movie.
The movie also had its comedic aspects, which added to the film. The situation was very intense, so I appreciate how the writers were able to add humor to make light of the situation.
Congratulations to Mikey Madison for her oscar win.
