I think this tried to do a marriage story but didn't quite get it right. I didn't know if this was a story about love or a story about death. They spent so much time in time in the beginning of the movie on exposition and building the relationship and then it seemed like halfway through they threw away that storyline and soley focused on Pugh's character and her coming to terms with death and all that. Air 2023
It's hard to take a movie about a shoe company seriously, especially when the main character is played by Matt Damon, idk just seemed like a weird choice. Also the fact that the movie was about Air Jordans but the guy who played Michael Jordan had like 3 total lines and we never saw his face was dumb. The stupid text that popped up at the end of the movie describing what happened to everyone after the movie was also just dumb. The B-Roll combined with the soundtrack was also super cringe. Somewhat stacked cast but terrible directing, sorry Affleck go back to acting.
