  This movie gives credence to the saying “it’s your parents’ first time living too.” The internal turmoil of depression and anxiety piled onto the weight of fatherhood was well-portrayed. It was a little too slow for my liking, but Paul Mescal was solid, and the movie looked incredible

  Does evil come from within us, or beyond? 

  The simplicity of traditional horror is charming and appreciated, utilizing atmosphere and performance to sell the scare. Everything about the way it looks is enthralling and immersive, and the acting is incredible. It’s just one of those that will stick with you for a while
