  Oh my god this was beautiful. Simple but so poignant with incredible performances. Addresses the power of the arts, the broken justice system, breaking free from gender roles, and more with so much nuance and power.   What a unique and special movie, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it! I definitely didn't expect it to be so stressful but sure enough I was tense the whole time cause I hate watching animals in peril!! The animation was stunning and although the animals themselves weren't rendered to look realistic their mannerisms were so spot on.
