A very good movie, genuinely scary while still delivering an interesting story, an engaging plot, and great characters.
Also, I’m starting to realize that this Tim Robbins guy starred in a lot of great films

As an avid cinephile, I like to watch movies. And when I watch movies, I like the movie to always tell me what it's trying to say, in as direct and clear a manner as possible. I don't ever want to have to think for a moment about anything. I like being treated like the tempreture in my fridge is higher than my IQ. If a scene isn't narrated, then how am I supposed to know what happens in it?…

They really thought they cooked with this one. This movie is full of horrible, lazy exposition, laughable, cringey dialogue, and some less-than-stellar performances.

If you think about the plot for even two seconds, it completely falls apart.

The "twists" were so insanely obvious that the only reason I doubted myself for a moment was because the writers seemed to ignore a few glaring issues.

That said, it did manage to keep me entertained, so I guess that’s something.

This is amazing for all the same reasons the first one is.

I was a little worried that the multiverse elements might get overly complicated and take away from the characters’ stories, but they didn’t at all. Everything was handled so well.

This series might be the most impressed I’ve ever been with film as a medium. It pushes the boundaries to their absolute limits, doing so much, and somehow excelling at all of it.

Legitimately one of my favorite movies of all time, and without a doubt, the best superhero movie ever made.
