Monster teaches us how dangerous prostitution is, and nobody can blame Ailee Wuornos except maybe for the last kill she did. She was just trying to survive and trying to have a decent life with the girl she loved in an awful world. The story was truly so sad and Charlize Theron’s acting absolutely incredible, she portrayed all the emotions so well, especially rage, I really felt it.

The first scene reminds me “Amour” by Michele Haneke so the ending too, and a scene which reminds me “Black Swan”. I love the fact that we see her fame, her glory of yesteryear, in black and white, in old camera and in recent camera. The musics were so good, I’m definitely fond of opera and classic music.
