  Great film! I really enjoy watching this movie, and I have since I was young. I'd say the only disappointing thing about this film would be the shark itself and the ending -- everything else is above and beyond.

  I loved this film. With it being a silent film one might think that it takes more attention towards it in order to understand it as a whole. But Charlie Chaplin does such a great job at displaying every detail of the movie, for example the characters feelings/moods. It was very funny, which was surprising to me, I think that because it is such an old film I expected it to be boring. I definitely found myself laughing throughout the majority of it.

  Overall, a very guilty pleasure movie. The acting was terrible, the editing was terrible, sometimes the music was funny but didn't necessarily go along with what was happening in that specific scene. With all of these "bad" aspects of the movie, it was funny, but not for everyone.
