I came into this expecting a comedy, just purely people making fun of Lars and a lot of sex jokes. I wasn't expecting a movie so sincere. Seeing how the townspeople supported Lars and were there for him every step of the way was just heartwarming

I went into this knowing nothing except it was stop motion, I was not expecting to have my heart torn from my chest and put back in.
This isn't a very colorful movie, it's grey and dark and depressing, but the sincerity of it's story and characters gives off a warm feeling like no other.
