Spectacularly well crafted. Extremely enjoyable. Tense at precisely the right times.
The movie is very thematically well-developed. The clashing of various convictions and perspectives throughout the movie is satisfying to watch and acts as an amazing metaphor for the broader forces that drive our world. Its message is subtle but very well expressed, and makes for a very fitting ending.
Overall, Lord of War is an extremely good anti-war-esque movie that easily surpasses anything I've watched in the last 5 years.
