This is such a criminally underrated film. Probably one of the best buddy films ever!
I absolutely love the setting of this film of 70s Los Angeles. The clothes, the cars, the colours it’s great and gives off a fun atmosphere for the story.
Gosling and Crowe have unbelievable chemistry and really bounce off each other as our main characters. Crowe as the tough and professional one. With Gosling as the more comedic silly one.

This is just a fun simple watch.
It’s just some manly men going around killing nazis and blowing stuff up.
The plot is quite simple and is very ‘loosely’ based on a true story.
There’s not much wrong with it tbh. The acting is good. The characters are cool and it looks great.
Just nothing crazy or special about it.

This is a perfect film.
It has everything that you’d expect. It has amazing performances from the whole cast and is probably the best performances from these actors. This is a great film. John Goodman is simply amazing in this role. He completely captures the essence of his character. He is so unnerving and unpredictable. The man can act in anything! Such an underrated actor.
The story is amazing and with so many twists and turns. With it also being set in just the bunker gives such a sense of anxiety and entrapment. I was so scared for Michelle throughout the whole film.
