I usually know exactly how my review of a movie will go as soon as the movie ends, at the very least when I write the review. This is not the case. Yikes.
There's about 45 minutes towards the end where the story is slightly interesting, but that's about it. Additionally, the cinematography is sub-par at worst and good (loosely) at best. It's a shame that such a solid output from the camera can create an abomination of this scale. I can't describe how fitting it is at the very end to have a French credit about the French director plastered on top of the Hispanic name behind it. Almost poetic.
