Ocean's Thirteen 2007
Been a minute but back on the Letterboxd after a rewatch of the oceans series. This one is def better than 12 but not even close to 11. Rating it a solid 3.5 because my standards are low and I had a good time

Pieces of a Woman 2020
A lot of people call this film Oscar-bait, and I definitely agree, but frankly I don’t really have a problem with that if it’s good. And it was- for the first half or so, but ultimately I found myself connecting less and less as the film went on. Great performances and cinematography but there’s just this sense of why? It feels kind of self-indulgent and pointless after the first half.
Watch if you wanna see some Shia dong or carry a heavy weight of existential thought... or both.
