Overall I liked the film. It seemed to me to be a classic Martin Scorsese film. The use of color, sound, and angles of shots, even the writing seemed very classic Scorsese.
I like the overall story, and the unique complexities of human interaction. Love, loyalty, power, influence, hope, redemption, vengeance, etc. it definitely had me feeling and thinking things!
Some knocks I have… the story I felt was a hour/ hour and half too long. It also felt repetitive…
