  What the fuck, hahaha. An actual looney tunes film. Terrible and all over the place but also moments of absolute brilliance! Some incredible transitions and dreamlike segues. Wonder what it would be like with a crowd. Shocked I somehow didn’t see this film 100 times growing up. Very proto-Edgar Wright.

  Not very often I get to finish a rewatch with the kids but Damh made breakfast so I got to watch till the end. Really emotional rewatch this time. Cried repeatedly.

  I don’t remember seeing this ever, but Benicio Del Toro is magical. Such an amazing performance. Is this his only romantic comedy? The repeated use of Crash Into Me really drove home Ladybird’s point.
