  She op on my pen till I heimer

  Need a rewatch with subtitles, wish we could hear more than 60% of the dialogue. For how much Nolan is master at visuals, it seems like he fails to understand that not all spectacle comes from impressive effects. At this rate he will never be on Fincher’s or Villeneuve’s level of mastery over sound. And yes, I watched it in 70mm IMAX, so “watching it wrong” wasn’t the issue, the sound mixing was.

  We need more films focusing on the plight of the working class that actually offer a feasible solution rather than “go vote!” Organizing is really the only way that we have a chance in this world. I just wish they went further with it.

  Very slight spoilers ahead: 

  They shouldn’t have “won” at the end. While I understand the hesitation in having a sad ending: that’s how life is. Everyone in jail and being deported would’ve shown the true power that corporations hold over us.
