snuff film with stupid ass plot. the grandpa is dumb enough to get roped into a black market surgery scam, but apparently also smart enough to engineer intricate gore fetish machines. walked out when they tried to make me watch a child get water-boarded by blood. no idea how the mega fans of this series aren’t on an fbi watchlist
