Fritz the Cat 1972
I don’t even really know what to say about this one.
What a trip. I’m sure a lot of this probably didn’t age well in terms of being politically correct but I had a fun time with it.
The score is the main thing that stuck with me through most of it. Not sure who did the music but man, some of those tracks are just groovy as hell.

I see a lot of people comparing this to alot of Gaspar Noe’s films and apart from the long takes I really don’t see much of a resemblance.
Not every French horror movie is akin to the French New Wave scene lol
Overall, a fun little twist on the zombie genre but there were a good amount of plot holes and the pacing/long shots kind of took me out of the atmosphere they were trying to create.

Pusher III 2005
Love the first two films so I had to check this one out as well. Milo was such a menacing presence in the first two and to see him in a N.A. meeting within the first scene kind of gave him some humanity that you didn’t see prior.
This movie goes from 0 to 100 and kind of stays there for the entirety of the second half. Brutal, anxiety inducing and really reminiscent of the life that people live when associated with hard drugs.
