A very good film with more than one iconic passage. A Spin off sewn on to the notorius DC villain using classical archetypes (the orphan, the illegitimate child, the abused son). According to a recent imitation phenomenon, perhaps there was no control (intentionally?) on the identification by the audience, who is making it an anarchic symbol as it was for Guy Fawkes.

Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood 2019
You will love it completely if you are a proper Tarantino fan. Do not expect an objective vision of the era as this is Tarantino's personal vision of the 60s. He basically stated that the old golden Hollywood has been torn apart by the hippie movement.
The Cielo Drive's massacre is the perfect emblem of this theory. You know what's going to happen, 'til the fanciful end that felt like a sort of weird, sweet tribute to the tragedy of Sharon Tate.Translated from by

Rebel in the Rye 2017
J.D. Salinger is such an interesting and complex character so I really wanted to like this but, in fact, it's not much more than a watchable film: a generic becoming-a-writer plot, according to the clichè. I gave 2.5 only because of Kevin Spacey.
