I'm no film critic... but...
This movie was great. All I knew about it was that the cornfield was real and there was a water planet.
I fricking loved the robot and the way it moved.
All the science-y stuff made sense until it's revealed to not be real.
I thought the planet fight was a really great action scene.
Amazing space scenes and they're beautiful.
Only complaint? The sci-fi stuff is super cool but feels a little funnily convenient…

All I knew about this film going in was that it mixes animation with live action film - but I've never paid no mind since it sounded gimmicky. Like the last movie I saw that does that is like the smurfs movie when I was a kid - and thats all like "oh my gosh these animated characters are in the real world"
