The Blob 1958
The Blob is a Blah kind of movie. It's a real Bummer that this film emphasizes the Boring part of "B-movie."
For all I've heard about Steve McQueen, his acting in this is atrocious, and the rest of the cast even moreso. One star goes to the opening credits song that feels like complete tonal whiplash to listen to. Yet the music some what fits since the entire film is a joke.
Am I glad I watched this? Eh, sure, if only for historical reasons. Will I watch this again? Not if I can help it...

Here's my head canon about this tale of incredibly horny train station workers blowing up Nazis:
Wes Anderson, discovering time travel, goes back in time to just before he was born so he could make this film. His younger self would come across it at film school and become inspired to make films in this style. It's an Anderson Time Loop.
