I Saw the TV Glow 2024
I really wanted to love this movie, I really did, but I just feel something lacking from what it could've been. The vision of the story and cinematic elements are truly breathtaking, but it just feels... incomplete. Maybe that's the intention behind it and whilst watching this was sweet, I left my experience a bitter aftertaste. The thematics, whilst excellent and relevant to real life struggles of identity, just felt pretensious.
I really hate that I can't love this movie, maybe with a couple rewatches my mind will change.
