White Nights 1959
Time makes you fear what you once admired; the time between my first reading of the book and my viewing of the film yesterday. The dream is a waste of time and the wait also is a waste of time and being desperate is denigrating even if for love, even if for love. One better be miserably fierce and alive than looking out the foggy window and telling tales to ones own self for amusement and ignorance. One surely must take responsibility for ones own dreams or orphan them.
