I had to stop and come back to it a few times, but it's not the movie's fault that a guy whipping out instruments and doing covers triggers my fight or flight response.

I knew we were sleeping on Companion. I haven't heard a single person talk about it, but the tomato rating was too crazy to ignore. Barbarian is in my Letterboxd 4, I don't know why I didn't see it sooner.
These guys know horror and all its different angles and sides. We love a cool hour and 30-ish minute runtime. A funny, thrilling, cathartic exploration of humanity through sci-fi.

Handles a lot of heavy stuff in charming, beautiful ways. Painfully grounded. Excellent movie that brought me to the edge of what I could handle in terms of secondhand embarrassment and soothed me back into my skin when I thought I might pop out.
