    Watched it for the third time. And now I could really focus more on tiny details in dialogue, background and acting. Really worth a re-re-watch.

    I was scared that all the fanservice was making me blind after the first screen, but it is in fact a really really really great movie that probably can even be very well enjoyed if someone was new to the franchise.

    Will watch it again probably next week.

    One day I might even say that i like it more than ANH/ROTJ. But only time will tell that.

    After 30 minutes into earthling I was at the edge of crying and vomiting several times. It just makes you wonder what the fuck is wrong with people that they're capable of such horrible things.

    The narrative by Joaquin Pheonix is very sober and to the point and the underlying music does a really great job of transporting the emotions which is lacking in the narrative on purpose. As for the material shown… well, it's not for the light hearted…

    Seriously, if after *10 years*, my only source of power is fuel, which is running out, and my only hope is some dam to generate more energy, I mean… it's not like there are other sources of energy on the planet. However, and if that dam is guarded by speaking apes riding horses who tell me to not come back, I really at least think…
