Decided to watch this after it was everywhere on my feed—I didn’t really know anything going into it. This was a solid movie that shed light on domestic assault in relationships. They did a good job displaying Ryle as charismatic and charming. And the points of abuse were clear at the end when they showed the full scenes of what actually happened (him hitting her in the head, pushing her down stairs, and then trying to bite her skin). I…

Trap 2024
Was expecting a bigger twist at the end, given Shyamalan directed it. Didn’t like the ending. Was longer than it needed to be. Not showing the “butcher” in action throughout a 2 HOUR long movie is the main crime. This gave me Dexter protagonist vibes, because you start rooting for him to escape. Not worth your time.
