    My main complaint with this one, on further reflection, is that Michael Keaton doesn't do enough a pig voice. It's a man with the head of a pig! You can't sound like a bored Bruce Wayne. At least toss in an oink or something.

    I don't think I've ever seen a movie with a greater disparity between its first and second halves (in this case accentuated by the intermission). Every sound storytelling instinct of the self-assured first half suddenly evaporates in the last hour. I'm reminded of Andy Richter's joke about Norm Macdonald's humor: it's like a friend taking you on a long scenic hike to show you a dog turd.
