I watched this movie the day after my best friend died and it left me in the strangest mood. It took me out of this world and placed me in a small island in Ireland. Mcdonagh is an amazing director and he absolutely balanced dark comedy and drama in a way that provokes thoughts that will stick with you long after the credits rolll......

This movie was so much fun. I loved the absurdity and Rachael Sennott is always so much fun in any role she is in. Don't expect this movie to be grounded in reality and you'll have a good time with it. It' also really nice to see representation that isn't about someone struggling with a queer identity, but experiencing regular awkward romantic feelings. 10/10
