How had I never seen this before!? The part when Ewan McGregor's character asks if he could become a jedi made me laugh. Oh Obi Wan, you were one of the best. And so strange that the New Earth Army was based off the real First Earth Battalion and similar dabblings with parapsychological training in the military.

I think I need to rewatch to get a better take. I love musicals so naturally will be biased, and the choreography was compelling.
As a non-binary person I found the trans representation a bit basic, for example the fact that there was lots of misgendering ("MR. mysterious", "my client, HE wants to be a woman"), and the song about the surgeries being quite binary.
