  At first i was like wow i kinda need this but then i was like nah i just need myself and need to learn to be comfortable with that. Also healthy self reflection is always good, its hard to tear down the fake expectations we have set for a partner, when (1) we don’t even live up to those standards ourselves (2) we don't recognize their form of effort.
