A film about two tennis players trying to court a girl, doing so by smashing tennis rackets on the ground. This is all the movie, and the reason why not only I hate Guadagnino film-making, but I am extremely puzzled he is one of the Italian cinema representatives in the US, while other more skilled directors rarely go beyond Italy and continental Europe.

Day of the Dead 1985
I enjoyed the spatter parts, but they are no more than half of the film. The rest is made of quite boring dialogues, with annoying characters, on an empty plot.

The actual plot is almost non-existent, only if you know the historical background it may make sense somehow (it is useless as a documentary for instance, or even to know something more). The atmosphere the director has recreated is quite nice, but the overall film does not really trigger the intended involvement.

Totally based on nostalgia effect, it follows the exact same plot device of the original series, without any sign of novelty whatsoever. Completely useless for whoever knows already the story, for the others is the summary of what to expect watching the 450+ episodes of the animated series.
