  I was surprised by how dramatic this movie was at times, which I think really helps contrast with the comedy. This movie is a great example of how to use bathos well by not resorting to breaking the fourth wall or the audiences investment. My favorite example was when Phillip has his very heartfelt reconciliation with Shaun, and the when Shaun's mother says "no he's not" and it cuts back to Phillip zombified it's hilarious in part because of how it works together within the scene. Overall great time, the way it's shot feels very dynamic and has tons of personality!
