    cool ideas regarding identity and feeling like an imposter/like you don’t truly belong anywhere, absolutely stunning visually as well, but ultimately 20 minutes is far too little time to get something like this across without it feeling more like a student film than a personal expression of one’s clashing identity. still, I did vibe with it thematically as an Arab as well. just would have much preferred to see this as a full length thing instead of having barely any time to marinate with anything before moving on to the next thing.
