Hey I worked on this movie!

    Weapons Handler (and door) 😤💪🏼

Crew was awesome. Just a super sweet experience.

Didn’t work for me as much as I hoped it would.

It’s really benefited by its pace and brevity: nothing feels unnecessary or like it’s lulling, but at the same time it feels like there’s a longer cut of this somewhere that is the better version…

Cast is great, but the humor fell flat for me a majority of the time. The special effects also very heavily in quality, and at times it really did pull me out of the experience.

Overall, it’s a light romp that I’d check out again, just can’t help but feel like it won’t have much lasting power.

    This movie is masterful. On…

Are all of your positive reviews being sapped by the new Spider-Man movie? This movie was barely sitting at a 2.9 when this review was written, and I just genuinely don’t understand.

It has a bunch of flaws, but it also has a lot of strengths we just don’t see too often anymore in horror movies: solid acting, a great eye behind the camera, tense scares, and a fantastic creature design. We’re really going to say that the Babdook is far…
