  I was shocked at how powerful this movie was. I couldn’t believe that the actress that played the elegant Baroness in The Sound of Music played the incredibly complex character that is Marie Allen. When the women started slamming their boxes in unison after Marie returned from isolation, I got chills. The inmates were just regular women, the trauma of their experiences on full display. This film is definitely worth a watch. In fact, I’m pleading with you to watch it.
