  Walking out of the theater feeling like maybe I’m suffocating myself. This movie is heartbreaking and horrifying and insanely gorgeous. I can’t believe I’m lucky enough to see it.

  People keep comparing this film to Mother! but it reminded me so much more of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. They both left me feeling queasy and unsettled. 

  While the story and small amount of dialogue was lacking in substance and tact, the physicality of the actors is phenomenal, and combined with cinematography that I can only define as truly Gaspar Noé, it feels like I was living the nightmare with everyone there. This is a film that really should be seen in theaters. 

  Side note, A24 has reeeaaaally been leaning into their horror genre lately, haven’t they?
