The vice grip that this film had on me in lockdown is hard to describe. I think I watched it 7 times in a row on a single day, but, in my defense, it was a rough time. The film has terrible writing and acting, every single possible trope associated with highschool and horror films, as well as questionable editing and cinematography and inspite or probably due to all of this it is stupidly funny and entertaining. Genuinely one of my favourite films to watch if I want to switch off my brain and have a good time 10/10. Plus Jenna Ortega is in it.
