  putting a B-grade american action movie plot in the context of a country that's actively wanting to die really does turn it into something more.

  like, if this ain't about korean students cramming their lives away for entrance exams, and the parasitic class sucking life out of them to extend their last dying breath, and the guilt-ridden workforce that grind to survive without knowing what for.
