No regrets. Musical's awesome. Funny (in a dark/chaotic way) and heartfelt with nothing but banger songs. Never watched the OG movie but I definitely gotta now
Some of the action is good and the incompetent writing occasionally got a chuckle out of me
Everything else about this movie is either generic or bad. Made worse by the fact that Mark Wahlberg has no chemistry with Halle Berry who quite frankly did not act well in this movie at all. Cliche plot, unlikable and forgettable characters, predictable twists, bad editing, and basic as hell cinematography? This is a Dad movie all right
(Also why is Alex Brightman in this? You have better things to stay in, Beetlejuice!)
