That damned curse …
I walked in expecting a story of triumph under the constrains of a overbearing and hyper focused father but boy oh boy this movie takes your for an emotional ride.
The fact they had to omit the story of ANOTHER Von Erich brother who also died by suicide to avoid this movie being too heavy is absolutely insane. Pound for pound this movie is one of the best depictions of one of the saddest American tragedies.…

Oppenheimer 2023
“Now I become death, the destroyer of worlds”
For the amount of hype surrounding Oppenheimer I came into this movie with reserved excitement. But my god did this not disappoint. Focusing on Oppenheimer as a person and not his creation was an amazing approach. The scientists, wives and government officials were full of amazing actors that highlighted the amazing performance by Cillian Murphy (just give him the Oscar now).
Other than some very interesting choices of nudity that may or may not have been needed this was a 3 hour movie that felt a 1 hour movie. Must see in IMAX.

Glass Onion 2022
Wow did they miss the mark on this one. Attempting to recreate the magic of knives out is a daunting task, however this did not come close. Between the lackluster attempts at comedy and unsatisfactory ending this movie left a lot on the table.
Daniel Craig as always carries the movie and the ensemble cast was strong, however the writing was bland and unoriginal. Safe to say when you peel back the layers on this glass onion theres nothing but mid.
