  I’ve never watched a movie that so closely mimicked the feeling of reading a YA novel. Good acting and engaging !! Some of the scenes were like icky ngl 🫶🏻 so be warned

  ahhhh this was so good! this movie was somehow timeless while still remaining incredibly unique!! the way common themes of love and family (and anti-asshole-ish behavior) are used was wonderful. i relish in getting my perspective changed and multiple times throughout the movie we are given opportunities to see things from different viewpoints in order to better understand characters’ actions. from the veteran’s anger at Angus, to cumulating scene in the principal's office. i felt like this film was all…
